As a Customer Delivery Manager, youll take charge of service delivery for one or more major customers. Youll ensure we meet (and exceed!) performance, quality, and satisfaction targetswhile keeping a sharp eye on contractual and financial success.Heres how youll make an impact : Lead, inspire, and support both direct and virtual teams across multiple service linesBuild strong relationships with customers, ensuring we're always aligned to their evolving needsMonitor and report on service performance, driving continuous improvementIdentify and manage service risks, issues, and opportunitiesCollaborate with internal and external partners across a supplier ecosystemActively contribute to account strategy, communications, and people development plansSupport on-call major incident management on a rota basisWhat you'll need
