Location : Tunbridge Wells

Salary : £89 - £95 per day

Start Date : ASAP

Contract : Term Time

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in creating a supportive and engaging learning environment, providing essential assistance to students to help them achieve their full potential.

Primary Responsibilities :

Supervise classes during teacher absences, fostering a positive and productive learning atmosphere.
Provide guidance and support to students, ensuring tasks are completed to a high standard.
Address general inquiries and deliver constructive feedback after cover lessons.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent approaches and offer support to students with varying needs.
Contribute to student well-being and cultivate a nurturing ethos within the school community.

Requirements :

Demonstrate a friendly and approachable demeanor, building strong connections with both students and colleagues.

Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, forming meaningful relationships with students from diverse backgrounds.

Exhibit strong organizational capabilities, adaptability, and composure in a dynamic classroom setting.
