Our client, Darwen Aldridge Community Academy (DACA) has a capacity of 1200 in the lower school and also has a developing sixth form provision. The sixth form has enjoyed strong progress in both academic and applied courses and has destinations data that shows NEETs significantly lower than the national picture.

• Has a Passion for Mentorship : Beyond teaching music, we’re looking for someone who will serve as a role model, mentor, and supporter of student growth—both musically and personally.
• Is a Team Player : You’ll collaborate with other teachers and staff, contributing to a positive, energetic school community. Flexibility and teamwork are essential.
• Has Experience with Performance and Events : Experience in organising school concerts, performances, and musical events is a big plus!
