Locum Consultant for Hospital at Home Position

We are currently seeking a passionate and committed healthcare professional for a Locum Hospital @ Home Position. This innovative program provides patients the opportunity to receive high-quality care within the comfort of their own homes. The successful candidate will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive assessments, implement care plans, and support patients with various health conditions.

The locum position is for an immediate start, and it's a Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to patient-centred care outside of the traditional hospital setting.

Requirements

• Relevant medical degree and appropriate clinical qualifications
• GMC Registration with a license to practice
• Previous experience in a hospital or community healthcare setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Right to Work in the UK
