Job description

Are you an enthusiastic PE Teacher looking for a role in a high-achieving environment? A prestigious Girls' Grammar School in Maidstone is seeking a dedicated PE Teacher to join their team from 22nd April to 18th July . This is a 4-day-per-week role (Tuesday–Friday) with a day rate from £120 , with higher rates available for those taking on additional planning and marking responsibilities.

The Ideal PE Teacher Will

  • Deliver engaging and dynamic PE lessons across KS3 and KS4.
  • Inspire students to achieve their best in both individual and team sports.
  • Contribute to the school's outstanding extracurricular sports program.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.

The PE Teacher Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
  • Experience teaching PE in a secondary school setting.
  • An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
  • A passion for sports, fitness, and student development.
