supports local communities and businesses to build capacity and resilience. The organisation was established in 1990 and does its work in Derbyshire, Leicestershire, Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire and Rutland.

We are recruiting for multiple Trustees to join our non-executive Board.

We encourage applications from people with direct experience of the challenges we work to address through our projects and programmes (see Trustee Recruitment Pack for details).

We want to continue to expand the diversity of our board and will prioritise applications from women, BAME, people with disabilities and those aged 45 and under. We warmly welcome applications from other underrepresented or marginalised groups.

This Trustee position is a great opportunity for passionate people to join a charity that every day makes a difference to communities around the East Midlands.

Please note this is an unpaid position but expenses will be covered. We prefer to hold our quarterly meetings face-to-face, however we do offer hybrid options and are flexible to accommodate the right candidates.
