Located in the heart of Newcastle City Centre, we are thrilled to expand the team and bring on board a graduate sales and marketing assistant to add value to our high-end clients. This position is a full time, permanent one, ensuring stability in a time of economic uncertainty.
A vast experience in sales and marketing is NOT required to be successful in this role as an in depth training is put in place for those taken on board. All that is required is a willingness to learn, be proactive and a genuine passion for helping people. Depending on ambitions and personal goals, the training program can be adapted to aid progression from any starting level.

The perfect candidate will show real confidence and enthusiasm from the offset, enabling them to fit into the team dynamic. As the key focus of this role is sales and marketing, an ability to build rapport is essential, using clear and effective communication skills.
With no two days being the same, adaptability, a positive attitude and can-do mindset should be demonstrated for continuous learning. At this stage in their expansion goals, our client is not just looking for long-term sales and marketing assistants but are very interested in putting personal development plans in place within the first few months should motivation and ambition be shown. It is important to mention with this role being entry-level, everyone starts on the same foot, hence the opportunity for progression is not dependent on years of experience. So, the right candidate would ideally be hungry for self-development and motivated to reach higher levels. This will provide the opportunity to build a long-term career whilst also helping the company reach their goals.
