They are a business driven by a passionate mission to provide fresh, nourishing food and drinks that promote long-lasting health and wellness.About the Role : We are seeking a dynamic Multi-Site / Area Manager to oversee our stores and sales teams, ensuring that we continue to deliver the highest standards of product quality and customer service. This role involves managing our front-of-house teams, who handle till systems and create a range of made-to-order products like coffees, smoothies, and açaí bowls.Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the recruitment, training, and development of Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Team Members.
• Monitor and evaluate team performance
• Conduct regular training sessions
• Track and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales, labor, wastage, and mystery shopper targets.
• Regularly update daily, weekly, and monthly reports to identify areas for growth or improvement.
• Oversee internal and external supplier orders, as well as stock levels.
• Address product quality concerns and communicate feedback to the central production facility.
