Salary up to £32k (dependent on experience)

Role Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Senior Graphic Designer! Support our in-house Design Team, ensuring high-quality, efficient work across all Tangerine brands.

Main Duties

  • Create engaging, multi-channel advertising campaigns.
  • Manage and support the Design Team.
  • Coordinate artwork requests for UK and international product labelling and support materials.
  • Produce high-quality artwork and liaise with technical, NPD, and marketing teams.
  • Create offline and online design collateral.
  • Amend or create print-ready artwork using Adobe software on Mac.
  • Ensure packaging / labels comply with statutory requirements.
  • Assist with online activity as needed.
  • Maintain accurate electronic and paper filing.
  • Uphold brand guidelines across all marketing areas.
  • Liaise with external agencies and suppliers.

Occasional Duties

  • Work additional hours as needed.
  • Attend staff meetings and training sessions.
  • Travel to other sites as required.
  • Perform other duties as requested by the HD.

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Strong creative and copywriting skills.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Common sense and proactive attitude.
  • Ability to multi-task and work flexibly.
  • Enthusiastic and a team player.
