VANRATH are recruiting a Site Manager to oversee exciting fit-out projects, across Northern Ireland, the UK and Republic of Ireland.

Remuneration :

50,000 - 60,000 DOE + Excellent benefits package

Our client is a leading innovative fit-out contractor delivering high quality specialty projects across Northern Ireland, the UK and republic of Ireland. This business is renowned for its exciting projects and personal, hands-on style.

They have a great opportunity for a Site Manager to join them on a permanent basis, working on leading fit-out projects.

The Ideal Person :

  • Good personnel management skills
  • Experience in a similar fit-out role
  • A full driving licence and relevant site cards
  • Willingness to travel
  • Strong health and safety experience
  • Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for the construction site, including sub-contractors, health and safety of personnel, quality, and workmanship of labour
  • Must be competent working from the ground up on full envelope commercial projects with Site Manager experience
  • Liaising with a range of professionals i.e. Designers, Engineers, Architects
  • Designing the construction programme to maximise efficiency and ensure completion is in accordance with the schedule
  • Responsible for all document control as an integral part of the project control
  • Management responsibilities for all Health and Safety policies and procedure.
  • Must be willing to travel, mostly to ROI but also the UK
