Are you a compassionate and experienced educator looking to make a positive impact on a young person’s life? TP Tutors is seeking a dedicated Secondary Maths Tutor to support a pupil in Alnwick who is currently not accessing mainstream education.
This is a 1 : 1 tutoring role , delivering 2 hours of tuition per week during school hours – with flexibility to fit around your availability.
Your Role :
Provide high-quality, personalised Maths tuition to a secondary-age learner
Assess the pupil’s current attainment and identify learning gaps
Plan and deliver engaging sessions tailored to the pupil’s needs and interests
Prepare and adapt resources to suit the individual learning style
Build a positive, supportive relationship to help the pupil re-engage with learning
