Job descriptionBoth Client and non-Client products are serviced. Work is performed at the Telford Service Centre. Performing routine tasks, using prescribed procedures and technical duties that may require use of judgment. Solving a broad range of technical problems of varying scope and complexity. Understand customers’ requirements through face to face and written communication. Travel to customer sites Education and technical knowledge within sector and role Certifications as an electronic / electrical technician with relevant experience in calibration IT knowledge (Windows, Office) Good communication skills in English (both written and spoken) Confident at answering customer questions Ability to recognize and anticipate problems and search proactively for solutions Ability to work independently and proactive attitude Able to obtain UK security clearance

Summary :
- Looking for an experienced Calibration Engineer. This will involve Calibration / validation / Repair of electrical / electronic test instruments and mechanical torque tools to maintain functionality and accuracy
- Tests, calibrates / validates and repairs electrical / electronic, mechanical / dimensional, or analytical test instruments, products and modules to maintain functionality and accuracy. Service is performed on Client products and / or products manufactured by another company. Work is typically performed at a Client site but occasionally is performed at a customer location. Performs routine tasks, using prescribed procedures and technical duties that may require use of judgment. Solves a broad range of technical problems of varying scope and complexity. Solves test and calibration problems which require deep technical knowledge
