Building Control Surveyor (2 positions available)

My local authority client are based in the South and currently looking for 2x RBI's to join their team due to increased work load. They are looking for a class 2A-F (2D is fine also) surveyor who will be able to help with their workload and take on some of the commerical work required within the council. They are also looking for a Class 3 surveyor. Both roles are being offered on either a full or part time basis - whatever suits the candidate more. The manager is happy to offer hybrid working with site visits taking place a couple of days a week and the remainder of the work being undertaken at home. They are also happy to consider someone further out. The Class 2 role will be paying up to £60 / hour whilst the Class 3 more will be paying up to £75 / hour for the right individual.
