Job summary What to expect :

As the Team Leader on the Green Shift in Warrior Close you will manage a team in the manufacturing department reporting into the Shift Leader. You will ensure the team meets their targets to ensure customer satisfaction quality and cost in a safe environment. You will motivate coach and develop your team to be a sufficient unit. You will be accountable for achieving business unit metrics including volume yield and strategic planning while driving operational excellence and ensuring alignment with organisational goals and overall business strategy.

• Follow all company safety procedures
• Enable the team to equip themselves with appropriate resources needed
• Agree individual performance targets for your team members and review performance
• Ensure team are working to KPIs
• Track the teams performance and line output
• Create an environment of continuous improvement
• Be involved with employee relation matters
• Follow SOPs
• Remain responsible for H&S
• Provide detailed handover for next shift

About you :

We are looking for someone who has experience working in the manufacturing department with the leadership and motivational skills to lead and motivate a team as well as encourage the team to perform to their best ability.

Someone who has supervisory experience in their work history will hold an advantage we strongly suggest providing a cover letter with your application to show your supervisory experience and / or continued professional development.
