Change Manager - SC Cleared – Initial 4-month contract - £500 to £540 per day Inside IR35 - Corsham - On-Site 2 days per week

FryerMiles are delighted to working with a leading management consultancy on the recruitment of a SC Cleared Change Manager to support a high-profile defence project.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Create, support, and maintain change strategies for a defence customer, ensuring alignment with programme objectives.
  • Provide briefings and updates on change initiatives to key stakeholders.
  • Identify risks, challenges, and opportunities for continuous improvement in change management.
  • Ensure the alignment of the change Strategy and Plan with wider Project or Programme plans and roadmaps.

Key Requirements :

  • Experience of working in the Defence industry, ideally in a change role.
  • Excellent and demonstrable stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Active SC Clearance
