Job description

DNA Recruit are collaborating with a leading Global Shopper Marketing agency, renowned for delivering innovative and impactful Retail experiences for some of the world’s most iconic brands.

The Role :

As an Account Director , you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of high-profile global clients, leading the development and execution of creative campaigns that drive brand engagement and success in the Shopper Marketing / Retail space.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead client accounts, building strong, long-lasting relationships and delivering high-impact campaigns.
  • Develop and execute creative concepts for Retail / Shopper Marketing initiatives.
  • Manage cross-channel campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality execution.
  • Oversee campaign toolkits and ensure all materials meet brand standards and client expectations.
  • Lead and mentor a team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
  • Work closely with multiple stakeholders, ensuring alignment and success across all projects.
  • Ensure that sustainability practices are integrated into every aspect of the project lifecycle.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Extensive client-facing experience with an Integrated background, including key expertise in Retail and Shopper Marketing campaigns.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to build client relationships and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Expertise in delivering toolkits and campaigns across both on- and off-trade channels.
  • A passion for creative problem-solving and delivering innovative, impactful work.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent financial management skills, and the ability to manage budgets effectively.

    • Salary : £60K - £65K + Benefits
