Health Care Assistant- Nights & Female

Key Responsibilities :

• Providing night support and care for teenagers in a safe, structured environment
• Assisting with daily routines, personal care, and activities of daily living
• Building trusting relationships with young residents and acting as a positive role model
• Supporting the implementation of behaviour management strategies and individual care plans
• Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to promote the emotional and physical wellbeing of residents
• Contributing to the safeguarding of all young people in your careWhat We’re Looking For :
• Experience working with young people
• A caring and patient nature with strong communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards it)
• Understanding of safeguarding principles and professional boundaries
• Night shifts
