Job Title : SEN Teaching AssistantLocation : AylesburyJob Type : Permanent, Full-TimePrimary Industry : Education and TrainingSalary : £89 - £98 Per dayQualifications : Understanding Autism, CACHE Level 3Job Duties : - Providing support and assistance to students with special educational needs (SEN) in classroom settings- Implementing individual education plans and strategies to help students achieve their learning goals- Collaborating with teachers and other professionals to create a supportive learning environment- Monitoring and recording student progress, behaviours, and achievements- Assisting with personal care and hygiene needs as requiredRequired Qualifications : - Understanding of autism and experience working with students with SEN- CACHE Level 3 qualification or equivalent in Teaching Assistant or relevant fieldEducation : - Minimum of CACHE Level 3 qualification in Teaching Assistant or related fieldExperience : - Previous experience working with children or young adults with special educational needsKnowledge and Skills : - Strong understanding of SEN principles and practises- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work effectively as part of a teamPreferred Qualifications : - Additional training or qualifications in specific areas of SENWorking Conditions : - Full-time position with regular school hours- Work in classroom and school environments- May involve some physical activity and personal care assistanceAll applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
