Our client is a leading childcare provider in Scotland, and is seeking passionate Senior Residential Care Workers to join their expanding team. About the Role :

You'll be part of a dedicated team providing person-centered care to young people with diverse needs. Responsibilities include supporting their emotional, social, and physical well-being.

Shift Patterns :

  • Full-time : 24-hour shifts (including 8-hour sleepover) on a 9-week rolling rota (3 days on, 3 days off).
  • Part-time : 12-hour shifts (10 am - 10 pm) or 6-hour shifts (10 am - 4 pm / 4 pm - 10 pm).
  • What We're Looking For :

  • Experience in residential childcare (preferred).
  • HNC / SVQ 3 qualification or working towards it.
  • Clean driving license (preferred).
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
  • A passion for making a difference!
  • Locations : Corstorphine (Edinburgh), Fauldhouse (Bathgate), Gorebridge.
