Job Description

We are seeking a multi-site Domestic Maintenance Operative with basic skills across all trades, including but not limited to :

Plumbing
Electrical
Joinery
Plastering
Tiling

You will be responsible for performing a range of reactive maintenance tasks and repairs in domestic properties. This role requires flexibility, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently across various locations.

Key Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance and repair tasks within residential properties.

Diagnose and fix issues in plumbing, electrical systems, joinery, plastering, and tiling.

Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and complies with safety regulations.

Maintain accurate records of work completed using the provided technology.

Travel to various sites within a 25-mile radius of Exeter.
