Design and implement industry-aligned apprenticeship programmes. Conduct outreach to attract apprentices and inform businesses of the benefits. Provide ongoing support to apprentices and businesses to ensure success. Oversee the coordination and smooth operation of apprenticeship programmes. Monitor and evaluate programme effectiveness, making necessary adjustments. Prepare and present reports on programme outcomes and business engagement. Strong background in apprenticeships or sales sector.
