Global Accounting Network are recruiting for a Private Equity Backed Financial Services organisation that is looking for an Internal Audit Manager. The business is growing rapidly, offering a great opportunity to grow a team in an exciting organisation and industry.

This is a stand-alone lead audit role which will grow a team and eventually turn into a director-level position.

Responsibilities :

• Focus on putting together a strategic plan, identifying all controls and risks, and looking at enterprise risk management.
• Building out frameworks, working with the Big 4 advisors who do a lot of the work currently.
• The role will work with the CEO, Audit Committee Chair, and CFO.
• Extensive experience in embedding controls and frameworks.
• Keeping up to date with technical changes through external courses and dealing with advisors.
