Job summary
This is a permanent Senior Care Assistant role at Avery Healthcare's Aran Court Care Home in Tile Cross, Birmingham. The role involves supporting and working alongside the Care team to deliver high-quality personal care to residents, ensuring a safe, caring, and inclusive environment. Key responsibilities include monitoring residents' wellbeing, implementing and evaluating care plans, supporting with medication, and supervising and developing staff.
Main duties of the job
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting and working alongside the Care team to deliver high standards of personal care, providing a safe, caring, innovative, open, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors and staff. Other key responsibilities include monitoring the wellbeing of each resident, being involved in the person-centred care planning process, supporting residents with their medication requirements, and undertaking staff supervisions.
