Customer Care Manager

OverviewPeace Recruitment are working with a high end national house builder and due to an increased workload, are looking to recruit for a Customer Service Manager to be based out of the Falkirk office and cover the east of Scotland.Responsibilities

• Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the customer service team.
• Manage and oversee the work of any defects related to complaints in accordance with company standards.
• Complying with responsibilities in the companies HS&E policy and ensure compliance throughout the team.
• Working with contractors to resolve any customer complaints.Qualifications
• Proven experience in a customer service management role, specifically in the house building / construction industry.
• Experience of managing a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Full UK driving license.Day-to-day
• This is a hybrid role with one day per week based from head office and the other four days per week split between working from home and out on site.
• This is a contract role initially with the opportunity to be made permanent after 6 months.
• Meet with customers to discuss any issues.
