My client is rapidly expanding equipment hire specialist that services the construction, FM, and events industries. This is a unique opportunity to join a start-up company that is on track to become an industry leader.Working from our newly fitted out offices in Gunwharf, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and developing new business. This will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and providing exceptional service to ensure maximum profitability for the business.Responsibilities :

• Manage multiple customer accounts
• Outbound sales calls
• Attend industry related events
• To take orders via telephone and email and to identify the customers
• To provide advice to the customer as appropriate.
• To record information accurately using bespoke in-house systems whilst highlighting the unique requirements of each job and maintain customer CRM records.
• To work on several jobs at any one time
• Negotiate prices with suppliers & customers
