Junior Customer Service Agent
We are looking for an ambitious Customer Service Agent to join the team based in Harrogate (onsite position). After probation period, hybrid model will be applicable (3 days office / 2 days home). There are 5 excellent Customer Service Agents, including a Team Leader. They are the main point for contact for our UK & Ireland based clients, guiding our customers through the post-sales process. If you are enthusiastic, confident and love talking to other people - this role was created for you!
The Customer Service Agent at Arrow will work as part of a busy team providing excellent Customer Service to Arrow customers. You will be responsible for providing day-to-day sales support and customer service activities for assigned accounts.
