Multi Trader CSCS

Thorn Baker Construction are looking for Multitrader to start on a council housing project located in rowley regis, candidates whom have worked in the void / social housing sector will be a good match as they will understand and also understand the opportunity that this role presents.

This role is a temporary role initially but can lead to a permanent role dependent upon your willingness to work with the team and get jobs completed to a high standard.

The Role;

• Ensure working area is safe and in no danger prior to commencing work
• Ensure relevant tools are taken into property.
• Carry out basic / general plumbing works, joinery, tiling, painting & Plastering
• Occupier or tick off work to notify office of job completion
• Work to drawings / specifications provided
