Practice Manager

Job summary

Medicentre have an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated, dedicated individual to join our practice are looking for a Manager who holds our practice ethos to high regard.

Practice Manager / NHS managerial experience is desirable but not essential.

Main duties of the job

To provide leadership andvision, optimising efficiency, financialperformance and ensuring the practice achieves its long-term strategicobjectives in a safe and effective working environment.

To research and managepractice development plans, identify opportunities, ensure the practice meets their contractual andcommissioned requirements and complies with CQC regulations.

About us

Our surgery provides high quality healthcare to 5700patients from a modern purpose-built HealthCentre. We have 3 GP Partners, Nursing Team, Admin Manager and Senior AdminTeam along with a Reception Team. We have a long-term stable workforce and areproud that several staff members have been with us for decades. We are atraining practice hosting GP registrars, undergraduate medical students, andstudent nurses.

Innovation is high on our agenda and efficiency is important in our practice. We have ambitions to become a research practice and are looking for a like-minded individual who hold our practice ethos to high regard.
