We are seeking a highly skilled “Solution Architect – Hospitality / Retail Systems” – focussing on e2e Solution Architecting for a Large Programme initiative to integrate POS system (Simphony or Any other ) with Finance, HR (Ceredian DayForce), Inventory Mgmt and PMS – Opera System. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in solution architecture, integration design, and a deep understanding of the hospitality / retail industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop the overall solution architecture for large Hospitality / Retail Programmes [ including POS (Simphony / other), Finance, HR , PMS (Opera) ]
• Responsible for creating Outline Specification Document (OSD), HLD & LLD.
• Responsible to design Transition Architecture (as an intermediary state) when both old and new systems will coexist in different properties.
• Create detailed technical specifications, Data flow / Data mapping and integration plans for POS System with PMS, HR System, Inventory Mgmt and Finance
• Collaborate with IT teams, hotel operations, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless integration
• Develop and maintain system documentation, including architecture diagrams and process flows
• Provide expert guidance on best practices for POS System configuration and customization
• Troubleshoot complex issues and provide solution designs
• Experience in inventory mgmt. solutions and integrating them with POS System
