Plumber

We are looking for plumbers to work on high end new build housing. Duties include copper press fit work. Applicants must be fully qualified and hold a valid CSCS / JIB-PMES card. Several months work for the right candidates.```Duties```- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings- Read blueprints and follow building codes and regulations- Assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures- Use power tools and hand tools to cut, bend, and thread pipes- Test plumbing systems for leaks and other issues- Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure proper installation and functionality of plumbing systems```Experience```- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a plumber- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of plumbing systems- Ability to read blueprints and follow building codes and regulations- Proficient in using power tools, hand tools, and other equipment related to plumbing work- Experience with carpentry, welding, or commercial driving is a plusSkills : - Strong knowledge of plumbing principles and techniques- Ability to assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures- Proficiency in using power tools for cutting, bending, and threading pipes- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot plumbing issues- Basic math skills for measuring pipe lengths and calculating angles- Physical strength for heavy lifting and maneuvering pipes and equipmentIf you are an experienced plumber looking for a challenging role in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you.
