About the role

Location : 2 days in the Keele office

Salary : £24,-25,

We have 2 vacancies available for a Recruitment Sourcer.

As a  Sourcer  you will take ownership of active and passive recruitment for our clients ensuring that SLA’s and performance targets are met. Where appropriate, update clients, programme teams with progress of delivery against requirements.

What you'll be doing

  • Collaborates with Recruiters / Account managers / Recruitment Business Partners and hiring managers to understand the staffing needs of clients
  • Achieve set KPI’s and SLAs
  • Understand client / programme process and adhering to the LEAN processes
  • Manage candidate from pre-screen to offer management or rejection from the interview process where appropriate
  • Post roles on appropriate  site, external sites and other media, checking wording / formatting is appropriate meets brand and format guidelines
  • Manage any advertising responses and give feedback to unsuccessful candidates
  • Conduct initial base level screen against pre-agreed criteria. If required, instigate additional sourcing activity to strengthen candidate pipeline
  • Prepare shortlist for Recruiters / Account Managers / Recruitment Business Partners to finalise selection
  • Manage process and data via ATS / CRM / VMS platforms
  • Assist with identifying and developing best practices in sourcing
  • Schedule interviews with candidates and send out relevant interview confirmations
  • Conduct competency based telephone interviews
  • Request online testing for candidates and review tests against benchmarks
  • Fields general, straight forward inquiries from candidates and hiring managers; escalates inquiries to senior team members and / or management as necessary
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned

About you

  • A Levels or equivalent
  • Administrative support experience
  • Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
  • Ability to prioritise, organise and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting assigned deadlines
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle highly sensitive / confidential information
  • Ability to function effectively with or as part of a team
  • Ability to demonstrate effective customer services skills
  • Ability to utilise market research tools and techniques
  • Ability to maintain a basic understanding of and compliance with related local laws, rules and regulations
  • Ability to be flexible and keen to learn with a creative approach
  • Knowledge of and the ability to apply the principles, best practices, and standards of talent sourcing, such as creating and utilising Boolean Search Strings
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
