Sales Development Representative – ADP UK

ADP is a global NASDAQ-listed organisation that provides cloud-based Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions that unite HR, payroll, talent, time, tax, and benefits administration. It is also a leader in business outsourcing services, analytics, and compliance expertise.

ABOUT THE ROLE :

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for creating a positive first impression of ADP for potential prospects. The SDR will act as a trusted advisor, helping to uncover pain points and share insights to assist prospective buyers.

The Sales Development Representative will also :

  • Encourage prospective buyers to attend both in-person events and webinars.
  • Set up and host conference calls with leads to address their needs.
  • Establish opportunities to develop to Closed Won.
  • Generate new business opportunities across key markets for our HCM solutions.
  • Execute objectives through researching prospect accounts and engaging in high-level conversations with c-suite contacts.
  • Promote ADP services and identify business objectives and critical issues of existing / emerging companies.
  • Conduct desk research on potential clients to identify key details.
  • Utilise specialist research tools to identify critical business issues within targeted accounts.
  • Use social media platforms to assess trends in the HCM marketplace.
  • Build relationships with selected accounts to ensure ADP remains a top consideration.
  • Produce a regular flow of qualified, sales-ready opportunities.
  • Collaborate with field sales on local campaigns and events.
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce.com.
  • Participate in regular one-on-ones with the SDR Team Leader for feedback and performance monitoring.
  • Engage in company training sessions and team days.
  • Take ownership of individual tasks and targets.

An experienced Telemarketer / SDR or someone looking to start their career in sales.
