Assistant Site Manager – Warehouses (New Build & Refurbishment)Location : BuckinghamshireSalary : Up to £50,000Contract Type : PermanentRidgeway & Co are currently working in partnership with a growing main contractor who are making a strong impact across the commercial office, public sector, and industrial construction sectors.As part of their continued growth, they are now seeking Assistant Site Managers to join their team on a permanent basis, with a particular focus on warehouse new build and refurbishment projects across the Home Counties.What you'll be doing :

• Supporting the Site Manager with day-to-day operations on site
• Ensuring works are carried out safely, to spec, and on programme
• Coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers
• Conducting site inductions and toolbox talks
• Maintaining site documentation and health & safety records
• Assisting with quality checks and reporting on progressWhat we're looking for :
• Previous experience in a similar role within the industrial or commercial construction sector
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A proactive, team-focused attitude with a keen eye for detail
• SMSTS or SSSTS, CSCS and First Aid preferred
