Due to the security nature of the programme all candidates must be UK born The Opportunity An exciting opportunity has opened up for an experienced Engineering Manager to become responsible for overseeing the provision of engineering support across relevant programmes of work. This is a contract role and has been deemed inside IR35 Your duties and responsibilities will be

• DA safety case and engineering management of the workstreams ensuring overall oversight of programme to achieve end of design life :
• Develop, maintain, and implement the Safety Justification Plan.
• Engage and collaborate with stakeholders throughout project lifecycles to ensure Defence Authority (DA) requirements are identified and appropriately managed.
• Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with site-specific Safety Management Arrangements, processes, and procedures.
• Offer guidance and assistance to Safety Case and Design Engineers.
• Contribute to the programme’s optioneering processes.
• Promote and uphold appropriate professional behaviours across the engineering team.
