HR Business Partner, Retail & Commercial
Based in London (hybrid working) with UK travel required

As HR Business Partner to the UK Retail & Commercial teams, you will provide :
HR Business Support
- Implementation and management of all HR policies and proceduresin line with employment law and business goals
- Provide daily support and advice to line managers and employees on all HR matters
- Work in partnership with department managers to identify gaps, propose and implement changes to continuously improve performance and employee engagement
- Manage employee relations cases within business area and provide HR advice and guidance, ensuring relevant employment legislation and best practice are followed
- Coach line managers to manage employee relations issues directly where possible and ensure widespread understanding across the business
- HR systems data management, maintenance, development, and user training
- Maintain job profiles, handbook literature and department documentation
- HR reporting – maintain data, produce reports / dashboards, KPIs and metrics
- Support and contribute to brand and headquarter projects and initiatives
- Champion equality and diversity across the company

Profile
Education :
CIPD Qualified or equivalent experienceProfessional Experience :
Min 2-3 years generalist HR experience preferably in retail, luxury goods or a similar industryRecruitment experienceManagement of employee relationsExperience in coaching and developing line managers to support with HR mattersExcellent PC skills and experience of using various software packagesExperience of producing and analysing reportsProfile
