As a Dementia Nurse Practitioner ( RGN / RMN ) , you'll ideally have at least 2 years' experience in providing specialist care for individuals with complex needs and challenging behaviours, focusing on person-centred approaches and therapeutic interventions.  You'll work closely with a multidisciplinary team, offering support, education, mentoring staff, while ensuring the highest standards of care.  Restraint training is desirable, however not essential.
