We are on the lookout for new team members to join our D Project Management team. We’re looking for an all-round driver who can guide teams from the strategic thinking phase to the final execution and delivery. If you like being involved from A to Z, in due diligence, analysis, blueprinting and execution, all the way to delivery, you’re exactly what the delaware Management Consulting team is looking for!

The Project Manager role has several facets. First, you’re a pragmatic leader, someone who thinks fast and can shift gears when needed. You’ll discuss strategic visions with the C-level, which you’ll translate into your project.

Not only will you be a leader who handles complex challenges, you’ll also onboard and guide your teams and clients throughout the transformation and implementation journey. Providing close collaboration, clear communication, and clear role definition are key responsibilities. You’ll deal with and need to balance multiple teams, stakeholders, and factors.
