Connect Appointments have a new opportunity for a Wills and Probate Lawyer or CILEX to join our Diss based client.Working as a Wills and Probate Lawyer, your responsibilities will include : Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on a variety of issues, including contracts, disputes, and compliance with regulationsRepresent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and meditationsDraft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and pleadingsConduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and strategy developmentNegotiate settlements on behalf of clients to achieve favourable outcomesMaintain accurate records of all client interactions and case developmentsStay updated on changes in legislation and legal precedents that may affect client casesTo be successful in this position you will be an experienced solicitor or CILEX, with experience associated with Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection matters, Trusts, and Estate Administration.Combined with the following skills, traits and experience : Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clientsExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExceptional written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently as well as part of a collaborative teamStrong organisational skills with attention to detailAbout the role!Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (potential fo...
