n PROPERTY MANAGER - Finchley - MON-FRI ONLY - £35-40,000PA

I am currently working alongside a market leading, multi branch estate agency who are looking for a Property Manager to join their growing team at their prestigious Finchley office.

Responsibilities \n\n \n

• Arranging day to day repairs and keeping tenants informed of progress
• Being the main point of contact liaising with contractors, landlords and tenants
• Ensuring all properties are kept up to date with safety requirements & current legislation
• Completing tenancy renewal paperwork
• Assessing and negotiating of the return of the tenant's security deposit
• Dealing with and negotiating early terminations and tenant swaps
• Monitoring and chasing of any rent arrears
• Completing inspections and property visits

Salary Budget : £35,000 - £40,000per annum DOE

Required Working Days & Hours : Monday - Friday, 9 : 00 am - 6 : 00 pm
