We have an excellent opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join this dynamic and growing company in Fleet, Hampshire. Please note that this is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work part-time hours andfrom home. Successful applicants must possess a valid UK driving licence and the right to work in the UK. Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director, the successful candidate will join a small fun team, with line management responsibility for the Marketing Executive.
About the role
As a Marketing Manager, you will take a lead role in determining and implementing the marketing strategy to generate leads to help meet our business objectives . The role could be done on a full or part-time basis, (20 to 37.5 hours per week), ideally worked over five days. Your key responsibilities include :
- Determining, planning and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our Sales and business objectives, including on our omnichannel environment (webs, social, events, traditional), marketing campaigns, website development, PPC, public relations, competitors and events.
- Creating clear ROI models for investments in Marketing activity (e.g., events, paid advertisement, etc.), including production of a quarterly ROI report using standard metrics and assessment against goals.
- Determining and deploying successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution including content, cadence, allocation of resources and monitoring campaign performance, and the analysis of data to make data-driven decisions to optimise results.
- Developing and maintaining business relationships, working closely with key stakeholders across all departments to align marketing activities with overall business objectives in addition to external vendors, agencies, and partners.
- Preparation and monitoring of the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and the wise allocation of funds in line with business outcomes and requirements.
- Managing marketing contracts including identification and sourcing of external suppliers, negotiation and sign-off of the commercials in line with budget, and monitoring performance through to renegotiation or termination.
- Management of the Sage Marketing Development Fund (MDF), evaluation of the criteria and availability, aligning utilisation to strategic goals, review of the spend with Sage in QBR, evaluation of activity success and the submission of evidence of spending to Sage.
About the salary & rewards
For the role of Marketing Manager, there is an excellent salary on offer of £40,000 to £45,000 per annum depending on experience plus :
