• Week 1 : Monday to Thursday, 5am – 3pm

• Oversee daily production and resolve challenges as they arise.
• Keep operations running smoothly with smart workflow management.
• Champion health & safety to create a secure workplace.
• Maintain quality, safety, and compliance standards.
• Motivate and support your team for top performance.
• Implement lean manufacturing practices to boost efficiency.
• Work with stakeholders to drive long-term success.What You’ll Need :
• Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced setting (manufacturing, production or warehouse).
• Strong communication, mentoring, and team-building skills.
• Knowledge of operational processes and health & safety standards.
