Residential Support Worker (Band 4) Location : Newry Hours : Full-time & Part-time roles available Recruiting Now via Total Care Recruitment Total Care Recruitment are hiring Band 4 Residential Support Workers to join a dedicated team providing care and support to children and young people with intellectual disabilities and complex behavioural needs. ?? About the Role Youll play a vital part in providing both residential short breaks and intensive support services, working in unit-based settings and supporting community integration through youth groups, family homes, and other activities. Your responsibilities will include : Day-to-day care and supervision of children / young people Supporting therapeutic and multidisciplinary interventions Building relationships and promoting social inclusion Accompanying young people to outings, activities, and appointments Engaging in household routines and promoting personal care ? What You Need : Essential : Minimum age 21 (Standard 17 : 9 Childrens Homes Minimum Standards) A relevant Health & Social Care qualification (Level 2 or above) AND experience working with children / young people with intellectual disabilities Registered or eligible for registration with NISCC Flexible availability Full UK driving licence and access to a car
