Right to Buy Officer – £30 per hour Umbrella – Full Time or Part Time

Location : Hybrid  Rate : Approximately £30 per hour Umbrella D.O.E Duration : 6 months+ (potential for extension) Working Pattern : Full-time or Part-Time

Venn Group’s specialist legal team is currently recruiting for an experienced Right to Buy Officer to join a Local Authority . This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in managing the Right to Buy process and ensuring compliance with legal and procedural requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

• Managing and processing Right to Buy applications from start to completion, ensuring compliance with legislation.
• Conducting eligibility checks , liaising with tenants, legal representatives, and other stakeholders.
• Preparing and issuing Section 125 Notices and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Providing advice and guidance to tenants and internal teams regarding Right to Buy procedures .
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
