Lead Design Co-Ordinator

Enpure Ltd are looking for a dynamic and driven Lead Design Co-Ordinator to join our team at our Head Office in Birmingham.Your New RoleYou will work alongside project managers throughout the project design and delivery cycle, be responsible for a team of engineers, taking technical decisions, identifying the need for design resources and specialist input across the business and the supply chain.You will also be responsible for mentoring technical design staff and managing stakeholder expectations which will need knowledge of crucial design processes and possess excellent communication skills.What You will need to succeedYou will have significant experience in managing the technical delivery of large-scale engineering projects with multi-disciplinary knowledge, experience in mentoring a team with the ability to coordinate and engage with clients and key stakeholders.Qualifications and Experience

• Degree-qualified with an engineering bias
• You will have a blend of leadership and technical expertise.
