Role Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Water Director to lead our water division across the UK. This pivotal role involves shaping and driving our water-related projects, ensuring excellence in delivery, and fostering strong client relationships. As a Water Director, you will play a critical role in advancing our industry and creating lasting impact.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute strategies for water-related frameworks, aligning with Egis vision and business goals.
Client Engagement : Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and tailoring solutions accordingly.
Team Management : create and expand a strong technical delivery capability in the UK.
Project Oversight : Oversee a water projects portfolio, ensuring successful project delivery, quality, and adherence to timelines.
Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, environmental specialists, and project managers.
Business Development : Identify growth opportunities, lead bids and proposal
Qualifications and Experience
Excellent presentation skills to participate in interactive client presentations, commercial road shows, speaking at conferences and events to promote Egiss services
