A great opportunity has arisen for a Trades Supervisor to work for a national contractor working within the East Sussex area. My client is looking for a Trades Supervisor on a permanent basis offering a salary of £40,000 + Van and Annual Bonus. The successful Trades Supervisor will be required to have experience working within a repairs and maintenance environment and be able to supervise a team of operatives.Pay Rate :

• 40,000 + Van & Benefits (Annual Bonus)The Trades Supervisor will be required to :
• Supervise a team of operatives
• Have knowledge of a Voids and Repairs environment
• Prioritise and allocate works to optimise available resources
• Have experience of managing a team
• Have experience in the use of SORs, pricing and coding works
• Have health and safety knowledge and experience
• Develop relationships with colleagues and support them with growth targets
• Be responsible for achieving contract excellence
• Ensure a high standard of communication is maintained with the client, customers & colleagues
