Hours of Work : 36 hours per week, Monday to Thursday (7 : 25am - 4 : 55pm, with a 30-minute lunch break)

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Operative to join our team in Newtownabbey. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks within a dynamic production environment.

Key Responsibilities

Production Machine Operation : Operate production machinery efficiently and safely.

Cable Loom Assembly : Assemble cable looms to specified standards.

Mechanical Assembly : Perform mechanical assembly tasks as required.

Software Replication : Assist in software replication processes.

Kit Building : Build kits according to production schedules and quality standards.

Packing : Pack finished products for distribution.

LEAN Manufacturing Programs : Participate in LEAN Manufacturing initiatives to improve efficiency and quality.

Portfolio Management : Work across multiple portfolios to meet production targets.

Output Targets : Take ownership of hourly output targets and ensure they are met.

Other Duties : Perform other duties as deemed necessary by the production team.

General Tidiness / Cleanliness : Maintain a clean and tidy work area.
