Mechanical Services Estimator📍 Location : Yateley, Hampshire💰 Salary : Up to £45,000 (depending on experience)We are looking to recruit an Internal Office-Based Mechanical Services Estimator to join our team in Yateley, Hampshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a intermediate estimator.About the Role : As an Estimator, you will play a key role in pricing and preparing estimates for mechanical services installations, including :

• Air conditioning
• Ventilation
• Plumbing
• Heating systemsYour responsibilities will include :
• Reviewing and interpreting consultants’ drawings and specifications to compile accurate take-offs and estimates.
• Liaising with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Working on projects ranging from £50k to £1.5m, ensuring competitive and precise pricing.
