IT Business AnalystFull-time (4-day work week can be considered) £45,000 + up to 15% bonus + a comprehensive benefits package Hybrid (up to 2 days per week in Central London office) Travel Insurance Applications We're excited to share a wonderful opportunity for a Requirements / Business Analyst on behalf of our client, a respected UK travel insurance provider. In this position, you'll join a small and friendly IT and Digital Delivery team, responsibilities will include : The Ideal Candidate- Experience in a similar role- Background knowledge within the UK insurance sector (travel, general, life / medical)- A technical foundation, allowing you to bridge gaps effectively- Proficiency in MS Office 365, Visio or similar tools, Teams, SharePoint, wireframing, and graphic design tools- A proven record of producing high-quality functional and non-functional requirements for software development and IT projects- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to express ideas and insights clearly- An understanding of the software development lifecycle- Experience working with cross-functional teams, valuing diverse perspectives- Skills in creating business system documentation with clarity- Strong business acumen, coupled with a genuine desire to understand the needs of othersIf you hold a business / requirements analysis qualification and have experience in UK travel insurance, we warmly encourage you to apply.Work Environment and BenefitsThis hybrid role offers a supportive and flexible working environment where the importance of work-life balance is understood Benefits include : - Flexible working arrangements (full-time preferred, with 80% FTE considered)- An office location in the City of London (approximately 2 days per week)- A competitive salary up to £45,000 per annum- Up to a 15% bonus based on company performance and individual KPIs- A company pension with up to a 4% employer contribution- A Nomad policy that allows you to work outside the UK for up to 4 weeks per year- Generous annual leave of 25 days, plus additional days for length of service- A death-in-service benefit- Travel insurance coverageThe ideal candidate should reside near London for regular meetings and company events.Deerfoot Recruitment Solutions Ltd is a leading independent tech recruitment consultancy in the UK.
