Occupational Health AdvisorLOCATION :  Home Based with travel to sites in LondonHOURS : 37.5 hours per weekSALARY : Up to £50,000 + benefitsAre you an Occupational Health Advisor willing to travel around London but be mainly based from home? This new position working with a supportive and growing company will require you to work across various locations to provide a comprehensive occupational health service. The role is home-based but requires flexibility to travel nationally for clinics and on-site appointments, with occasional overnight stays to meet business needs.Key ResponsibilitiesYour day will typically involve attending multiple clinics or on-site appointments, ensuring the highest standards of care and professionalism. Responsibilities include : Remote Case Management – Providing expert advice and case management for clients remotely.Fit to Work Medicals – Conducting medical assessments to ensure employees are fit for their roles.Health Surveillance – Carrying out health checks in compliance with workplace regulations.Health Promotion – Supporting employees in maintaining and improving their health.Vaccination Programmes – Administering vaccinations in line with health and safety standards.Wellbeing Services – Contributing to workplace wellbeing initiatives.Training Services – Delivering training sessions to employees and managers as required.Skills & Experience RequiredRegistered General Nurse (RGN) qualification Occupational Health qualification recorded on Part 3 of the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) register (Desirable but not essential)HAV’s Tier 3 qualification (OR willingness to undertake training)Strong communication skills at all levelsSelf-motivated and able to thrive in a challenging environmentProficient in IT and comfortable using various software systemsTraining & Professional DevelopmentWe are committed to the continuous professional development of our team members.If you are passionate about occupational health and want to make a positive impact, we would love to hear from you!Apply Now!Call Maria on (phone number removed) or email (url removed)
